The Testo 104 food probe thermometer can be used to carry out spot checks during the production, storage and processing of food and measures the core temperature of liquid, semi-solid and viscous media.

The thermometer can measure the core temperature of food when the probe has been folded out at an angle of only 30°. This allows you to carry out reliable checks in difficult-to-reach places. The thermometer’s thin, rugged sensor tip leaves virtually no trace when inserted.

The Testo 104 is the only folding food thermometer for the food industry that can be cleaned under running water. The probe’s rugged metal joint allows it to be folded away and stored in its protective case. The included set of adhesive color strips can be used to tell thermometers apart.
